Playgroup
We offer playgroup sessions for children from the age of two until they qualify for nursery funding in the term after their third birthday.
Starting playgroup is a big step for both parents and children, and it is a good way to introduce your child to the concept of playing with other children in a structured setting. We take care to ensure that your child settles into the routine by starting with a visit to see what is on offer and meet the staff. We can then discuss the needs of your child to ensure a smooth transition to the group.
Costs
The playgroup costs £18.50 per session from January 2026.The price includes a healthy snack. We recommend at least two regular sessions per week, billed in advance, and can attend until they transition to nursery.
Times
Sessions run from 09:00 to 11:30.
Monday to Friday, and 12.30-3pm Monday to Thursday, term time only.
From August 2025, we will be offering full day sessions, from 9am-3pm Monday to Thursday. The cost for a full day is £46.
